Return and Exchange Guarantee
We are committed to providing you with high-quality smart door lock products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return or exchange within the specified time.
Return and Exchange Period
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Orders exceeding this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To protect the rights of both parties, the following conditions must be met to apply for a return or exchange:
1. The product is uninstalled, unused, and does not affect resale.
2. The packaging is intact (including all accessories, instructions, screws, etc.).
3. There are no signs of human-caused damage or improper handling.
4. If the product has quality problems, the above conditions do not apply.
Exchange Policy
For product exchanges (model/color/specification, etc.):
1. Please contact customer service to confirm stock availability first.
2. We will arrange for the replacement to be shipped after receiving the returned item.
3. Exchanges are only supported for products within the same series or price range.
Refund Policy
We will process the refund within 3-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will discuss alternative refund methods with you.
Shipping Fee Policy
For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For quality issues / Wrong Item Sent: Return Shipping Costs We Will Cover
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service to submit a return/exchange request (provide order number and a description of the problem)
2. Obtain the return address and instructions

5. We will inspect the item upon receipt and process a refund or exchange.
Unsupported Return/Exchange Situations
Return/exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
1. Return/exchange period expired
2. Item has been installed or used, affecting resale
3. Damage caused by human error or improper use
4. Missing accessories or inability to provide valid order information
